Outstanding Family Experience!

Our stay was incredible! The staff offered us breakfast to store in the fridge, which was perfect for our kids. The double room featured soft pillows. Our dogs received complimentary biscuits. The unique rock sculpture in the shower added a fun touch. Perfect for family trips!

The hotel features well-maintained grounds, and I appreciated the comfortable sitting areas, which made it easy for seniors like me to relax. The proximity to Colorado State University was a delightful bonus during my visit.

The staff went above and beyond during a family emergency. Their warmth made us feel supported despite the stressful circumstances of our stay.

the best western had a great location close to csu, making it easy to walk to the campus. the comfy double room featured a separate sink from the water closet, which was really convenient. i also loved that they had an indoor pool and spa tub, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Stayed in a comfy double room with two beds. The beds were super soft, and the separate sink from the toilet was a nice touch. I liked that the room was clean and well-maintained. Walls seemed soundproof too, which was great for keeping the noise down. Only thing I'd say is the coffee maker didn't work properly, but it didn’t ruin my stay. The indoor pool looked inviting, but I didn’t get to use it. Overall, it was a solid experience!

The bathrooms were newly renovated, and the beds were pretty comfortable. Breakfast options exceeded my expectations, with a variety and good quality. However, the noise from the outside was very noticeable, especially during the night, which made it hard to sleep. Temperature control in the room was also an issue. I could turn it down but couldn't completely turn off the heat. The lobby staff seemed friendly but sometimes inattentive to concerns about room arrangements. Overall, there are great amenities but a few improvements would enhance the stay.
